You need to set the TZ environment variable before running the
grabber, for example

The actual value of TZ you choose doesn't really matter I think.
This should be mentioned in the docs somewhere but I should have given
it a prominent position in README.win32, sorry. We really need to fix
this for the next release, there was an attempt to guess the timezone
before but it didn't work out, I don't remember why.
