TMSID is an internal Channel ID used by Tribune Media Services. TMS
provides the guide data for Zap2IT (source for tv_grab_na) and Replay
and Tivo.

Dennis has a Ethernet capable Replay 4xxx (lucky stiff).  He can get
the recording list directly from the PVR itself.  It's in an internal
format, and the channel is specified using the TMSID.  I have an older
unit and tv_check grabs shows from the web, at least a day old.  Dennis
can get current data direct from the unit.

IIRC, we used to use the TMSID as a ChannelID but moved away from it. 

Instead of adding an internal channel ID to the DTD, we could add the
TMSID as a comment in the tv_grab_na config file. Dennis' code could
build a translation table from there.
