Hmm.  Can you say what system you are using and what the Makefile.PL
prints?  If you know the name of the package that contains XML::DOM,
then list the files in it as follows:

% rpm -ql perl-XML-DOM    # or whatever

and also send me the output of perl -V.  I suspect that the location
used to install XML/DOM.pm is not in Perl's include path.

This module is needed for just one of the programs: tv_check.  I have
an updated Makefile.PL, attached to this message, which makes tv_check
optional and therefore this dependency optional.  Perhaps you'd like
to give it a try.

BTW - sorry for the long delay in replying to your message, I was
awaya, and then it got buried.
