You asked for a way to make tv_sort sort first by time and then by
channel. I suggested running it twice, but that didn't work: in other
words the sorting it does is not stable. I think there should be a new
feature so you can say

% tv_sort --by-time --by-channel

to sort by first one and then the other. Unless anyone can think of a
better way, I will add this to the todo list.
