rpms for xmltv 0.5.10

The rpms for Red Hat 9/8.0 have been synced to 0.5.10, including some bug
fixes in the packaging of tv_grab_it and tv_grab_uk*:

Please report success or failure of these rpms on other platforms (preferably
with patches ;)
