Version 0.5 of xmltv has been released at last. Compared to 0.4.5 this
release has a real installation routine, 'perl Makefile.PL && make test
install' will install the programs and data files system-wide. It
includes a new grabber tv_grab_de for German and/or Austrian listings,
and a rewrite of tv_grab_uk to fix its recent breakage. There are many
other small fixes and improvements, including manual pages for many of
the tools.

I hope to get Windows binaries soon and upload those too.
