Using xmltv-0.5.36

anyway, here's a reply.

To use a later version of XMLTV with FreeGuide you simply need to 
upgrade it (on linux, upgrade as normal, and on Windows, download the 
new xmltv.exe file and replace the one in C:\Program 
Files\FreeGuide\xmltv with the new one, and then copy the shared files 
into C:\Program Files\FreeGuide\xmltv\shared, replacing the old ones.

However, because you want to start using a different grabber, you need 
to change some of FreeeGuide's configuration manually by clicking 
"Tools", "Options" and then choosing "Downloading" under "Advanced".  
Wherever the grabber command and config command say "tv_grab_uk_bleb" 
you'll need to replace that with "tv_grab_uk_rt".  You'll also need to 
change "grabber config" line under "Directories" in the same way.  Get 
back in touch telling us what operating system you are on, exactly what 
you did, and what is happening if it still doesn't work.

At the moment I'm working on a major new version of FreeGuide that 
should fix a lot of bugs and move us significantly closer to a 1.0 
release, so I haven't released an interim version that includes an 
updated XMLTV, since most countries' listings are working fine with the 
version included with FreeGuide 0.8.1.  If there is enough demand I may 
find time to make an interim release.
