My Goodness Jessie, that email was *noisy*!  It's good form to send
plain text emails to mailing lists like
freeguide-tv-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, as some people's email
programs can't handle all of the fancy stuff, and some people don't like
receiving large messages.

Anyway, on to the question :)

Please could you click on "Show Details" when you get the error, and
copy and paste everything you see in that window into an email?  Then
hopefully we can figure out what's going wrong.
