Re: Merging associations: msg#00009

Subject: Re: Merging associations
Hi Joril,

I think we're talking about different things here.

As I understood your first message about this topic, you wanted to
copy an association from topic map A to topic map B *without* merging
the both topic maps. And I understood that Murray wants to do the same.

Now you're talking about the process of merging two topic maps (what's
going on behind the scenes practically).

I am a bit confused now. What do you want to do?
a) *Copy* an association from one topic map to another (without
   merging the topic maps)
b) Merging topic maps with "duplicate" association suppression

I don't know. ;) First, we should clarify the subject we're talking
about. :)

Best regards,
Lars
