Semantics of Topic Maps?: msg#00012

Subject:	Semantics of Topic Maps?

Hi all,

I would like to know whether there are scientific publications describing
the semantic relations of Topic Maps with logical formalisms. Are there any?
The formalism seems to resemble a little bit Description Logic formalisms.
