Hello all,

The third version of the TM4L Editor is now available. Some bugs,
including the reported one related to the Topic Typing view, have been
fixed and some new features have been added. For example, the current
version is provided with built-in visualization capabilities. We have
also extended the initial set of Dublin Core elements using the standard
PSIs for them.
The last version of TM4L can be downloaded from
http://www.wssu.edu/iis/NSDL/download.html
Please see the TM4L Editor Help included in the downloadable package for
how to use the last version of the editor including the new features.
As always we will appreciate your feedback.

Darina,

While I understand the motivation in using Java 1.5, have you
thought about providing a Java 1.4.x compatible version? There
are a vast number of people who are still with versions prior
to 1.5, and probably will be for even a year or so, and the
requirement of 1.5 may put off a considerable number of people.
I, for one, as I have a 1.4.2 development environment and don't
want to install 1.5 just yet. My own project could potentially
use TM4L but I am staying with 1.4.2 for the above-stated
reasons.

Just a thought, as feedback. It looks like an interesting
project.
