Never mind, I found the <topicRef..> this time.
Actually interesting, the <topicRef ..> implies 'dereference the href and
process the representation you receive'. Had thought about this issue a year
or so ago, but forgot that completely.
BTW, I don;t think that any of the (non-proposed) changes to XTM would
actually be a problem for the various (few) implementations, or? At least
for me, anything would be ok, it would be half an hour or so of coding
to at least allow the (non-proposed) additions. What about the other
engines?
