SVG uses one of many color models.  Check the spec.  While the SVG colors
are slightly different from the other color models, I believe that it has
references to at least one of those other color models (e.g., pantone).

while I am unaware of such a PSI set, I am curious how you indend to use
them. Can you give an example what statements you want to express and an XTM
example for this (assuming you had the PSIs).
