Very interesting questions and theme.

In fact we are the moment busy trying to start a project in which we hope to answer all your questions :)

 

A few weeks ago I found the following reference

and I wrote Wolfgan Wahlster if he has more information about the topics in this presentation. So far he did not answer but maybe you can achieve more?
