Getting TM4J started

Hello,

I have just downloaded TM4J and am trying to get it set up but don't know 
where to begin, and I can't find a getting started document. I have read a 
document saying that I have to modify the CLASSPATH file but have no idea what 
this is or how to do this.
Would you be able to point me in the direction of any getting started 
documents or forums for TM4J.
