As co-author of the new SAM/XTM specs I can confirm that. Anything
suggestions that could help make those documents more readable would
be accepted gladly. As I said, completeness and formality are more
important than readability, but that doesn't mean we're deliberately
obfuscating these documents. Quite the contrary; it just means that we
know there are groups of people we will never be able to reach.
