I went through it now and prettied it up. Spotted three bugs as well:
the xlink:href attribute was not required on <subjectIndicatorRef>,
<resourceRef>, and <mergeMap>, for some reason.

Revised version attached. More changes are needed, however, and those
are noted in the file.
