Subject: RE: XML Schema for XTM DTD

Sorry for the late response - I was on the road. I would be glad to
assist in anyway possible. I will be busy at Microsoft through the end
of the week and I need to update the 2.0 schemas for the ICE Authoring
Group. Monday or later would work best for me.

Daniel

Subject: XML Schema for XTM DTD

It is way past time we did an XML Schema for the XTM DTD.

Thanks for raising this issue, Max, and thanks for chiming in, Daniel!

As I understand, both Max and Daniel have created their own XSD versions
of the XTM DTD. Would there be any chance of the two of you getting
together to compare notes and come up with a definitive version? If so,
that would be of great help to the committee.

If you could then submit it, I will do what I can (with Mary's help!) to
ensure that it gets the ISO stamp of approval as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Steve

P.S. This email goes just to the topic map mail list. I don't think
cross-posting is necessary, but since I don't know which of the various
lists Daniel and Max subscribe to, I've cc:ed them explicitly.
