Re: extending fop

Mark! Extending FOP is of course offtopic in this list, I suggets you ask on 
fop-user mail list how to do it.
Look at http://xml.apache.org/fop/extensions.html page and especially at 
Continued-label extension element and its implementation in FOP sources - it 
might be helpful for you. That extension allows you to have some label in 
table header or footer if table is broken by page break.
