Going to Plenary: msg#00081

Subject: Going to Plenary
I'm planning to attend the W3C Plenary the week of February 27. If you are going to be there too I would enjoy meeting to discuss XML, XQuery, and SOA topics. I will be staying at the Royal Hotel at Mandelieu and also checking email along the way.
