ClassCastException: org.apache.xmlbeans.impl.values.XmlComplexContentImpl

Hi,
I am getting ClassCastException: org.apache.xmlbeans.impl.values.XmlComplexContentImpl when
calling FooDocument d=FooDocument.Factory.newInstance();

Does anyone have any Idea why I would get this?
