XML:DB moved to sourceforge: msg#00028

Subject: XML:DB moved to sourceforge
Friends,

The recent issue with the xmldb domain being out of reach (still trying to fix
this btw) accelerated the idea of moving to SourceForge in order to be able
to take advantage of the services provided there that we do not have right
now (bug tracker, RFE, mail archive, patch handling etc). This is still in
progress but all mailing lists are set up and CVS is copied over.

Api docs can be found at http://xmldb-org.sourceforge.net/api/

Once everything is stable and working fine I was hoping we could together
bring some life back into the initiative again. There are many nice additions
made by both the Xindice and eXist teams that I would like to incorporate and
I'm sure there are several good ideas that will come up once we start
discussing the next releases.

Best regards,
Per Nyfelt
