There were many changes in path handling in embedded mode. There are changes in
tools also, there is separate XINDICE_HOME and XINDICE_DB_HOME environment
variables now. I'm closing this bug as it does not describe current CVS anymore.

If you have suggestions/issues with current CVS, please re-open this bug or
submit new one.
