Summary: xsddoc: elements don't appear
Initial Comment:
from weaselville-/E1597aS9LRUi4FbrNnSJA@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
using xsddoc on an xml schema file that includes
another one, the output HTML documentation DOES
generate pages for the elements in the included schema
but there are no links to them

Just added some new test cases:
included1.xsd:
element name="includedElement"
complexType name="complexTypeIncluded1"
includedIncluded.xsd:
complexType name="complexTypeIncludedIncluded1"
Also created usage of those types in stress.xsd (see
complexType stressType)
For me it seems that all links are available, in the overview
pages and also all cross references.
please compare here:

Could you please be a little bit more precise.
The stress test example shows, that included components are
linked in the overview pages (lower-left frame), and in base
attributes. Are you able to send us your schemata to
reproduce the problem?
Additionally we will ad some more test cases to the stress
test to also test links to included components in ref attributes
to elements and groups and type attributes to complexType
and simpleType.
