sorry, you're on the wrong track. action customization is disabled as
you might have read in the config.
simply implement an xpath extension function and register it with the
config (see there for details). you should implement a function
returning a boolean value (indicating validity) and use it in the
constraint model item property of a xf:bind, so it will be used to
determine the validity of all controls bound to that node.
