change form name 'chiba-form' in html4.xsl

Could I suggest that the default form name specified in html4.xsl
(<xsl:param name="form-id" select="'chiba-form'"/> ) be changed to
something without the hyphen? It causes problems when referenced from
the document object in javascript

eg instead of document.chiba-form.XXX, I have to use
document.forms['chiba-form'].XXX

Not that doing this takes much effort, but the half hour of head banging
that it took to realise what the problem was did :)
