Actually the spec is quite vague here, I too have resorted to the example to try
to understand it. They should be more careful with normative explanations.

I tried again to set up CVS access in my Eclipse here, to no avail. Even
connecting to cvs-ssh.sourceforge.net:80 anf configuring the proxy settings, it
gives me a "Connection reset" error. Next monday I'll do it at home, where I
won't have firewall problems. It won't take long to be ready for committing.
