OK, now with text and an attachment (extention .zib but it is a zip file, SF 
blocks it.

There is a zip file attached with an xslt that can create javascript 
validations based on xsd's.
It can even use regexp patterns. Due to surcomstances I do not have the time to 
look into using
this. I did a little a few months ago and it seemed usable. It still is in 
dutch, but translating
it to english would not be to difficult.

See if you can use it. It's free.
