Servlet Adapter Example

Hi Chiba Users and Devs,

I have a small question regarding the Chiba Servlet 
Adapter.  We are experiencing some difficulties integrating 
with Chiba 0.9.7.  Would it be possible for someone to 
provide a working code example of how to use the Servlet 
Adapter?
