Due to a mistake, the build.xml file doesn't copy the token.properties file
to the zipped-src file, so you have to add it manually or download the
files from CVS. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The settings are:
# Tokens
chiba-version=0.9.5
baseurl.host=localhost
baseurl.port=8080
I think they are self-explanatory.
