CVS source

Hei

I have tried to build the latest zip-source downloaded from 
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/chiba/chiba-0.9.5-src.zip
It fails with error:
Could not read filters from file C:\code\chiba-0.9.5\tokens.properties 
as it doesn't exist.
So I tried to get the latest from CVS, but I cant understand the correct 
settings, can someone please give me some hints?
