Re: Possible bug in Bind processing?: msg#00079

Subject: Re: Possible bug in Bind processing?
hi andrzej,

after some testing i couldn't find any bug regarding select1 controls
using binds. it just works as expected. maybe you post your form which
behaves that strangely for further investigation.

in earlier versions there was a bug in the rendering stylsheet which
caused malfunction of selection controls without a xforms:appearance
attribute, but this has been fixed in the 0.9.2 release.

regards, uli.

When using an xforms:select1, if I use xforms:bind="..." it does not bind to the instance element, but if I use xforms:ref with specifying an identical xpath expression as the bind definition it does work, and binds to the appropriate instance element.

Anyone have any ideas why this might be so? Possible bug in the Bind processing for select1's?
