In my prior message I had outlined something I was trying....but if you look
at the following line:
<xforms:load xforms:resource="cocoon:/preview" show="new"/>
the show=new is supposed to load the page into a new window....but I don't
see how that would be possible from the server side without using something
like Javascript. That I can live with....
Anyway....what I found out is that the instance data is being preserved
correctly.....when I do the browser back button, I can hit preview/save/debug
again, and it will work fine, showing me the revised results.
Where the problem lies is that the submission seems to somehow screw up the
xforms:switch statement. The preview/save/debug buttons are on the last tab
of 4, and I use the xforms:switch to move between the tabs (just like in the
vcard example). But after the submission, per my prior email, doing a back
button, then hitting a different tab causes me to get just a blank page.
Note that the triggers (preview/save/debug buttons) are part of the 4th tab
(switch case statement).
i just got an idea - maybe its just an issue of a missing refresh()
after you return to the page with the back button - i think reloading
the page via back does not trigger a new request to the server ? this
might be the reason why you don't see anything. did you try a manual
reload on the blank page? (this would stremghten the theory)

Is this something that might be a bit of a bug?
