When using an xforms:select1, if I use xforms:bind="..." it does not bind to
the instance element, but if I use xforms:ref with specifying an identical
xpath expression as the bind definition it does work, and binds to the
appropriate instance element.
Anyone have any ideas why this might be so? Possible bug in the Bind
processing for select1's?
