I was afraid of that. I don't control the schema definition, so I have
to live with what I have. I think that I'll just transform the xml to
the proper sequencing prior to the validation.

Hi Joe,
Short of making changes to your schema (replacing the content model with
xs:all, a wildcard or whatever more permissive content you want) there's
no way to do that.
