Thanks Alberto for the quick response.
I had "default" under that setting.
I changed it to "Compile as C++ Code (/TP)"
And its compiling fine now.

Hi Devang,
the last error hints that you are compiling the sources as C files,
instead of C++; what do you see in the project properties, under the
C/C++ -> Advanced tab, at the "Compile As" entry?
