Thanks for giving your opinion about the Xerces web site. The state of the sites is what it is because no one has made it a priority to change them, either because they don't have the time, the desire, the ideas, or the talent.
If you have any of the above, and would like to suggest and submit patches, you'd probably find a receptive audience.
