I *think* the problem is that other products have dependencies on different
versions of some of the libraries that XSLTC depends on. When XSLTC and all
its dependencies are bundled in xalan.jar and placed in the jre/lib/endorsed
directory it forces everything to use the versions of all the bundled jars.
