batik 1.5beta3 won't run on win2k: msg#01077

Subject:	batik 1.5beta3 won't run on win2k

Does anyone know what to do too enable Batik 1.5beta3 to run on win2k?

Version 1.5beta1 runs fine, but beta3 gives "Access denied" error, also:

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.io.FilePermission
\C:\path\batik-svgbrowser.jar read)

I don't have much experience with Java programs, so It's probably something
I'm doing wrong.
