Requirements

Hi all,
  I just downloaded SOAP 2.2. I am following the documentation and making
sure that I meet all the requirements before running any applications. So,
I have a couple of questions:

1) Where exactly can I download a JAXP compatible, namespace aware XML
parser.

2) I am having problems in downloading XML4J 2.0.15. I am able to download
it, unzip it, but when I untar it I get permission denied, check sum
error. I am able to unzip and untar the rest but I am having trouble only
with this. I am sure lot of you might have already downloaded it. Any
suggestions will be of lot of help for me, as I just started building SOAP
applications. Thanks in advance.
