The PSVI should contain, on the schema validation root element,
properties for each namespace, which includes information about each
schema document used to construct components in that namespace. See
*3.15.5 Schema Information Set Contributions* [1] in the REC for
details.
I don't know whether xerces-j supports this aspect of the PSVI or not,
but I fear not.
