There is commons-logging-1.0.4.jar in
  ...\Tomcat 5.5\webapps\my-project\WEB-INF\lib    (1)

I suppose that 'forrest war' creates a self-contained web application
that does *not* need anything from FORREST_HOME.
All (?) jars needed are located in (1), right?
