To reduce confusion, this patch removes the references to the sample PDF's 
being generated from the 1.0 version, both on index.xml and skinconf.xml (which 
hardcodes the version on the Forrest-generated pdf's.)

Apparently it has been 0.20.4 for some time--see http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?
l=fop-dev&m=105359894317151&w=2, but hardcoding any version on the website does 
not appear advisable.  Being a Forrest website, the precise version of FOP used 
in the pdf generation is dependent upon the (changable) version Forrest/Coccoon 
chooses to use.
