Even though I expressily donateted a free pt.xml file to the FOP project,
and it was commited at some point by Herr Pietschmann, it is still missing
from 0.20.5rc3a. I already granted copyright to ASF and gave you permission
to alter the headers in the way more suitable to your coding standards.
Do you realy expect me to fill out the -huge- form Mr. Dirk-Willem van
Gulik posted and then fax ($) it to ASF? I don't even known what "md5"
stands for...
Too much work for such a simple contribution. You guys have made
contributing to Open Source a dificult task. It should not be this way.
Donations are fruit of good will, they should not be made difficult -- on
the contrary.
I think I will just publish the file with an unrestricted free use policy
in my personal site and post the fop-user list a note. Much easier than
dealing with this licensing paranoia.
