Further investigation showed that this is not a bug in FOP, but an odd glitch in
Adobe Distiller. Distiller seems to ignore the page bounding box in FOP-rendered
PS-files and then moves images that don't fit on its default letter page size.
FOP's page bounding box is ok, maybe Distiller wants additional DSC comments for
this.
