Fixed snapshot

Hi,

there has been another bug in yesterday's snapshot concerning computed node 
constructors. I have thus uploaded a new version that fixes this. Other 
changes in this snapshot:

* added support for xupdate:if
* XUpdate now checks for duplicate attributes
* xupdate:variable now declares an ordinary xpath variable
* xupdate:value-of works with atomic values
* XUpdate now pools compiled xpath statements
* Fixed LRU cache to create less temporary objects
