Re: XUpdate - generating duplicate attributes

Hi,

actually, xu:if statements were just ignored by eXist. The XUpdate spec. 
doesn't define them correctly. 

Anyway, I added support for xu:if while fixing the duplicate attributes bug. 
Please have a look at today's CVS or snapshot.
