New snapshot

Ok, I finally managed to upload the new snapshot. It is available at

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/exist/eXist-snapshot-20040920.jar

This snapshot contains most of the patches and bug fixes that have been posted 
during the last 4 weeks (one or two still missing I think - I have to recheck 
the mail archive). 

I also tried to reduce memory consumption during serialization by replacing 
SAX content handlers by my own interface that better reflects the internal 
storage. This avoids a few temporary object allocations.

Some XQuery bugs and problems concerning cross-document joins were fixed. The 
XQuery engine did unnecessary checks which slowed down query processing.

Finally, there's a number of additional junit tests to check concurrent 
database access, the xmlrpc and REST interfaces.
