The server output looks ok. The xupdate request is processed. If you are using a recent snapshot of eXist, you should get back an XML response describing the number of modifications applied. Have you checked if the document has actually been updated? Have you tested if other requests work, e.g. a query via POST? This would help to find out if the HTTP communication is ok or not.
