The "Use sequence checking" option affects one's ability to *enter text*
into Word -- it does not have any effect on display. Thus you could enter
the data into your Word document, pass the document off to someone else and
it would display for them whether or not they had the "Use sequence
checking" enabled or not.

Having said that, I am not sure that Word documents are the appropriate
form for publishing on the web.
